From Vulnerable AF™ communication workshops, retreats, and dating and relationship experiences for singles and couples, to corporate wellness workshops, networking experiences for leaders, and curated dating events, I’ve spent years bringing people together in rooms designed to help them move beyond the surface and actually connect.

I’ve spent years creating rooms where people actually connect.
As the founder of Vulnerable AF™, I’ve facilitated experiences around the world designed to help people move beyond small talk and connect in a more meaningful way.
Now I bring that same understanding of people, conversation, and connection into dating events. I curate the room, create intentional ways for people to meet, and then give you enough space to see what happens naturally.
Sometimes meeting the right person starts with simply ending up in the same room.
